I haven't updated this thing since last Sunday. Doesn't really bother me that much. Friday until yesterday sucked so much ass. Really, quite possibly the worst four days of my life. Just because there was a lot of shit going on. Work was horrible, my back has been killing me, I had a headache, and even though I've been sleeping relatively easily, I'm still tired, so I doubt that I'm sleeping well.

And, yesterday, I finally got my wireless router hooked up. This is a good thing, right? It basically means that I can hook up my Wii to the net, don't it? Yes, in theory, it does. In practice? Not so much. It gives me some error about how it cannot complete the update and that I should go to support.nintendo.com for help. I go there, and they have this nifty little error code finder where you punch in the code and they will help you figure out what to do. There's just one itty bitty problem with that: the error code that I've gotten just brings up a blank screen. I've refreshed it, I've used two different web browsers, and still nothing. I think that maybe, just maybe, it has something to do with the satellite internet. Though I cannot be certain about that. My PSP hooked up to said wireless just peachy keen. Even so, it did not continue to bring down my mood, but I think having the wireless network hooked up finally lifted my spirits enough. Today I'm not very depressed. My back isn't in agony (yet). And I've finally decided to update my journal. Oh, and today is the day that Dynasty season 2 comes out! Joan Collins!!!! I won't be getting it until tomorrow, because my parents have to go and bowl, which blows. But Heroes of Mana comes out tomorrow, so I can go get that, go get Dynasty, and buy new speakers for my computer. Listening to music videos with the monitor's speakers just isn't the same. There's no 'boom.'

Other things that made the last few days suck:
The New SM Town video came out. Normally, this would have me doing cartwheels (bad back be damned), but as it was downloading I went and watched it on Youtube... and it isn't even really a video. It's just them singing the song in the recording studio. Nothing cute. Nothing that makes an SM Video what it is! And I waited over a month for that? Worse, when the download finally finished it ended up being that I didn't have all the codecs necessary, so I couldn't even play the video. Denied.

Jennifer, one of my coworkers and a continual ball of sunshine, is leaving on Friday. For good. She has her reasons, since she has a business with her husband and her husband needs her help, but I will miss her.

I think that today at work is going to suck a lot, too. We had so many damned things on the way, and a lot of them were large quantities. At least 237 sleeves for four different lots of product. In addition to all the other stuff. God, I wish I could call in... seriously. And I probably could, since the accountant said that she needed to recalibrate my hours because I was staying for the duration instead of just leaving, as is the norm. Hell, if it was, I'd be out of work already and packing up to move in... I think on Thursday.

God... I miss college.

Anyway, such is life. It's pretty crappy, but it would be a hell of a lot harder to be even crappier.

so, can you look the error code up on a different computer? do you want me to look it up for you and see what happens?

I'm sorry about your back - why is it so bad?? :(

you might have to go into the router settings and set a wep key, then go into the wii settings and type the key in. i recall having to do something like that when i was setting mine up.
