I was surrounded by the brown!

Truly, it was like a Mexican ocean in that hall. Apparently, the party was a surprise party, which I thought was surprising because nobody in my family can really pull off a surprise, to my knowledge. I saw a lot of people who I 'knew' but could not remember. My cousin Robert, who I did not remember (but is a sweet guy, so that's good), my Aunt Lina, again, who I did not remember, my cousin John who I DID remember, but who did not say a damned thing which was kind of amusing since the party was for his dad, my other cousin Steven who I also remembered and who really looks a lot like my Freshman roommate, which kind of scares me, and so on and so forth. I went because I figured that since I was staying with my grandmother I should go since I was right here and would probably get the cold glare of death if I did not. I did not desire the cold glare of death. I was glad to go, though. Aside from that fucking Mexican band that kept on playing right by me (one of the guys had a mullet... it harmed me...), it was good times. We left early, because my grandmother was tired, but she was all teary eyed when she saw Mondo, the guest of honor (who I also did not remember... I suck...), and I know it hurt her to not have my Uncle there, which is part of the reason why I went.

Spent most of the time talking with my cousins who I did know, and my newly found cousin/niece, who just sort of stared at me, but she was a nice girl nonetheless. She adjusted better than I would have expected. I mean, she was meeting like a hundred thousand Mexicans, who all came in the same vehicle, for the first time. I kind of sort of knew a few of them, and I still felt like running away. My other cousin brought his girlfriend. She is a nice girl, too. He wants to have a packers themed wedding, complete with green and yellow. I told him he needed to be stopped. I intend on doing just that. Because of my cousins, I did not want to leave early, but what can you do?

In other news: My grandmother really, really does not like Justice League Heroes. She watched me playing it for a little while and she was all 'there is so much violence and killing in this game!' It made me laugh, because I still intend on playing it. I'm warped, but really, it's just a damned video game anyway!

In other other news: My best friend got knocked up. Again. Third kid and she's twenty-three years old. Luckily, she's married so it isn't like she's having babies with random men. And I heard this from her sister. Are there not certain things that I, as a best friend, should be priviledged to? Like when my best damned friend since I was 8 years old gets pregnant... seriously.

Go and take the EPT!!!! They call it the error proof test. Plus, I think it can detect things earlier than the others. Mmmhmm...

Dude, you'd be one of the first. I'd rather you know the news firsthand than to get it from, say, Carlos.
