The mystery of the vanishing DVD!

I finished season 5 of Gilmore Girls last night (isn't it funny how quickly Rory crashed and burned? Like an episode. Putz...), and moved on to season six. I open the season six box, and the last disc is missing!!! I don't know where it is. I looked in my old DVD player to see if it was there. It wasn't. I looked in my portable DVD player to see if it was there. It wasn't. I thought maybe it could be in my PS2 but I know it wasn't since I gave that away and I would have been told that it was there. Now I need to go through all my DVDs (which number in the hundreds, mind you) and look for that disc.

This also brings up a conundrum... what am I going to watch next? I have two seasons of Gilmore Girls to go through now. And then I'm done. I've already watched Golden Girls, Will & Grace and Roseanne, so those are out of the question. What do I move on to next? I pondered Reba, but the seasons are all double sided discs and I don't want to get up to switch when I'm trying to sleep, that would just make me angry. Buffy is out because I don't think I'd actually be able to fall asleep during it. The Simpsons is a possibility. So are Desperate Housewives and Brothers & Sisters. Brothers & Sisters is less so since I haven't finished watching the second season yet (I'm a bad fan!), and there's only two seasons right now, I want something with a little bit more oomph. And I'd really like something where I had the whole series. This limits it to Buffy, The Critic, Veronica Mars (which I think is currently at the top of the list) and... actually, that's all. If I can't get whole series, I'd like something a bit longer in the season count that I have. This adds Grey's (bleh), House (bleh), Desperate Housewives (Yay!), Reba (which we've discussed) and the Simpsons (so many seasons!). Psych I'll watch, too. Even if it only has two seasons on DVD right now, I love the shit out of that show.

My parents are going to the roller derby tonight, so I'm stuck on house duty. Kind of sucks, but that's okay. I can deal. They gave me a burrito, very nummy. And that's about all. Boring weekend I'm going to have. I had hoped to be productive this weekend, but as of this moment it doesn't look like it is going to work. Sucks for Set.

Rainbow Brite Grew Up HOT!

It's kind of amusing to see Rainbow Brite, the epitome of Hitler's perfect race, being voiced by a minority voice actress. I don't know what she is, nor do I really care. All I know is that Bettina is YUM YUM YUM. Kind of a big nose, though.

She also did voice acting for MLP, but I swear I don't hear Rainbow Brite when I hear Megan. IMDB shall be looked at.
