White Phoenix Base by alrischa

Set... tired...

Went to Oakridge mall with Sarah today. We were supposed to go to the Aquarium, but as I said before that plan fell through. Hey, we just had an earthquake... anyway, back to the point at hand... plans fell through, but we still wanted to do something. Having always wanted to go to Cheesecake factory, I said we should go there, and go to Oakridge. Sarah was okay with this, because Oakridge has a Torrid, and she wanted to go to Torrid. I think it will be one of those quick Torrid things, like what I do with Vanessa. It isn't. She says it could be awhile. So I go and try and hit up the Disney store, basically the main reason why I'm going to Oakridge in the first place.

DAMNED THING IS STILL CLOSED!!! MASSIVE FAIL! Denied the prospect of more ornaments, I dejectedly walk around the mall. Visit the comic book store. Nothing. Go to Anchor Blue and get two new shirts to help spruce up my wardrobe.

AND I buy my grandmother a set of diamond earrings and a little necklace thing. It was on sale for 30 bucks! It should have cost 80. She was even at the house when I got home, so I was able to give it to her. It's the first time I've given her a gift like that since I was a kid, when I would pick up random little trinkets at stores for her.

We ate before that. I tried to Strawberry Lemonade, and let me tell you... that shit was GOOD! I also had a chicken sandwich, which was also good. And I had cheesecake. Normally I hate cheesecake, but they had this white chocolate and nuts (get your minds out of the gutter!) cheesecake that I just had to try. First time I've ever eaten a slice of cheesecake all the way.

Anyway, after my grandmother leaves, Sarah and I retire to the bedroom to play Wii. Sonic and Mario at the Olympics. It's Mario and Sonic, but for some reason I keep on saying Sonic and Mario. Anyway, that shit tires you out. We did a swimming race, foolishly thinking that we would get it over with quick, but since it had four laps it was not over quick in the least. And we unlocked some other stuff. Needless to say... my arms are dead. DEAD. D-E-A-D!

Oh, and today, for the first time ever, I beat Super Mario Brothers 3 all the way through. No warp zones, nothing. I've never beaten level 7 before, but I did today. It was a wonderful, glorious thing.

Now I kinda feel like puking my guts out. See what food followed by extremely active Wii playing does to you? It's not good.
